What should a first Star anise PO pin down beyond price?

First order of Star anise. Beyond the unit price, what must the PO state?

Pin 8-point, whole, the packing dimensions with a photo, the inspection method and the document set (phytosanitary + CO). For Star anise write volatile oil and mould as a numbered clause — it is the item that causes claims.
