What should a first Konjac PO pin down beyond price?

First order of Konjac. Beyond the unit price, what must the PO state?

Pin chips or flour, the packing dimensions with a photo, the inspection method and the document set (phytosanitary + CO). For Konjac write glucomannan content as a numbered clause — it is the item that causes claims.
