Posting the checklist we use internally, in case it helps new buyers:
1. Commercial invoice and packing list (same lot codes)
2. Bill of lading (check consignee and notify party)
3. Certificate of origin (Form A / FTA form if a preferential rate applies)
4. Phytosanitary certificate (origin inspection)
5. Fumigation certificate when the destination requires it
6. Health certificate for food products
Anything missing from this list that your market requires?

Add the non-wood packing declaration if you use crates, and for the EU the pesticide-residue test report from an accredited lab. Both are routinely forgotten and both delay clearance.
