Should we buy Goji berry on FOB or CFR for a first order?

First order of Goji berry from Ningxia. FOB or CFR — which is safer for us?

FOB for a first order: you control freight and insurance and can compare quotes cleanly. CFR hides the freight line, and DDP hides the duty. Once you know the route, CFR becomes convenient.
