Why is Goji berry priced per grade rather than per tonne?

admin

Quotes for Goji berry keep coming back as grade ranges rather than one number. Why?

Because grade drives yield and labour, not just weight. For Goji berry the sorting cost for 180-220 pieces per 50g is a real line item, and the price spread between grades is usually wider than the week-to-week market move.
