Goji Berry sample: how much should we pay and what should it prove?

A supplier quoted us a sample of Goji Berry for Ningxia. What is a normal sample cost, and what should the sample prove beyond appearance?

Sample cost is usually 30-60 USD including courier. It should prove 180-220 pcs/50g, organic option and come with the lot-level document: organic cert, residue panel. A sample without a lot code proves nothing.
