What does a Fuji apple phytosanitary certificate actually cover?

admin

We were told a phytosanitary certificate is enough for Fuji apple. Does it cover quality as well as pests?

No. The certificate covers plant-health status for the declared consignment, not quality or grade. For Fuji apple you also need phytosanitary + CO, and the product description on every document must match the HS code.
