How much does Walnut kernel lose in storage over six months?

admin

We are considering holding Walnut kernel for six months. What storage loss should we budget?

admin

Budget 5-12% depending on the product and the room. For Walnut kernel watch colour sorting and breakage; the loss shows up as weight, grade or both, and it is the number that quietly eats the margin.
