We are renting cold-store space for garlic before shipment. The operator offers -2°C but has no humidity control.

What humidity range keeps the bulbs firm without sprouting?

Aim for 65-70% RH at 0 to -1°C. Below 60% the cloves lose weight and go papery; above 75% you get mould on the outer skin, especially when the pallets are tight against the wall.
