What should a first Dried jujube PO pin down beyond price?

First order of Dried jujube. Beyond the unit price, what must the PO state?

Pin 3-5cm, sun dried, the packing dimensions with a photo, the inspection method and the document set (phytosanitary + CO). For Dried jujube write moisture and insect damage as a numbered clause — it is the item that causes claims.
