What should a first Canned lychee PO pin down beyond price?

First order of Canned lychee. Beyond the unit price, what must the PO state?

Pin whole in syrup, the packing dimensions with a photo, the inspection method and the document set (health certificate + CO). For Canned lychee write syrup brix and can seam as a numbered clause — it is the item that causes claims.
