What should a first Potato PO pin down beyond price?

First order of Potato. Beyond the unit price, what must the PO state?

Pin 150g and up, the packing dimensions with a photo, the inspection method and the document set (phytosanitary + CO). For Potato write greening and sprouting as a numbered clause — it is the item that causes claims.
