We are planning Fuji apple purchases for Q1 and want to understand cold-storage capacity before committing.

What documents do you ask suppliers for, and how do you verify that controlled-atmosphere rooms are actually available rather than promised?

Ask for the room numbers and a dated photo inside the CA room with the temperature logger visible, then match the room count against the storage licence. A supplier who can only show the outside of the building is usually brokering. We also ask for last season's in/out ledger page for the same rooms.
