Is Green tea from Zhejiang and Anhui in season, and does the season change the price?

The season is March-May. Buying inside the harvest window gives you the widest size and grade choice; buying out of it means either cold-store stock or a premium. For Green tea the out-of-season premium is usually 8-15%, and the grade consistency is worse.
