Chestnut: need a supplier who can do vacuum-packed kernels

Looking for vacuum-packed chestnut kernels, 5 MT trial, shelf life at least 12 months.

Ask for the retort or vacuum schedule and a shelf-life test report. Vacuum alone does not give 12 months on a high-moisture kernel.
