Garlic: 3 containers, mixed grades, need a price breakdown
We need 3x40HQ of garlic with 60% at 5.5cm and 40% at 6.0cm, packed 10kg cartons.Please quote each grade separately — a blended price hides which grade is driving the cost.
Ask for the sorting cost per grade too. The jump from 5.5 to 6.0 is mostly labour and yield, so a blended quote is impossible to compare across suppliers.
