What is the harvest window for Fennel seed, and how does it affect quality?
We are planning a Fennel seed purchase from Gansu and want to time it with the harvest.The window is August-September. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Fennel seed the stored lot usually shows purity and pesticide residue.
