What is the harvest window for Dried kelp, and how does it affect quality?
We are planning a Dried kelp purchase from Fujian and want to time it with the harvest.The window is April-June. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Dried kelp the stored lot usually shows sand and iodine level.
