What is the harvest window for Konjac, and how does it affect quality?
We are planning a Konjac purchase from Sichuan and Yunnan and want to time it with the harvest.The window is October-November. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Konjac the stored lot usually shows glucomannan content.
