What is the harvest window for Canned peach, and how does it affect quality?

We are planning a Canned peach purchase from Shandong and want to time it with the harvest.

The window is June-August. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Canned peach the stored lot usually shows firmness and syrup.
