What is the harvest window for Dried longan, and how does it affect quality?
We are planning a Dried longan purchase from Fujian and Guangdong and want to time it with the harvest.The window is July-September. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Dried longan the stored lot usually shows sulphur treatment and mould.
