Sample vs bulk mismatch: what causes it?
The sample was excellent, the bulk arrived drier and with more defects. Is this normal?It is common when the sample came from a purchased lot and the bulk from a different drying run. Insist the sample carries the same lot code, and write 'bulk to match retained sample' into the PO.
