What is the harvest window for Buckwheat, and how does it affect quality?
We are planning a Buckwheat purchase from Inner Mongolia and want to time it with the harvest.The window is September-October. Inside the window you get the widest grade choice; outside it you are buying stored stock, and for Buckwheat the stored lot usually shows foreign matter.
