Our supplier switched from 10 kg cartons to 12 kg without notice. What is the right response?Treat it as a contract deviation: reject the loading if the buyer's retail pack requires 10 kg, and put the packing spec into the PO as a numbered clause with photos. Verbal specs get lost.
