What does a Dried shiitake phytosanitary certificate actually cover?
We were told a phytosanitary certificate is enough for Dried shiitake. Does it cover quality as well as pests?No. The certificate covers plant-health status for the declared consignment, not quality or grade. For Dried shiitake you also need phytosanitary + CO, and the product description on every document must match the HS code.
