What does a Green tea phytosanitary certificate actually cover?
We were told a phytosanitary certificate is enough for Green tea. Does it cover quality as well as pests?No. The certificate covers plant-health status for the declared consignment, not quality or grade. For Green tea you also need EU residue panel, and the product description on every document must match the HS code.
