What does a Dried chili phytosanitary certificate actually cover?
We were told a phytosanitary certificate is enough for Dried chili. Does it cover quality as well as pests?No. The certificate covers plant-health status for the declared consignment, not quality or grade. For Dried chili you also need aflatoxin panel + phytosanitary, and the product description on every document must match the HS code.
