Can Dried chili survive a 30-day transit without a reefer?
Our route is roughly 30 days door to door. Is a dry container acceptable for Dried chili?For Dried chili the limiting factor is moisture spec drift. A dry container can work only on short routes with dry cargo; at 30 days, use a controlled container and document pre-cooling. Loading warm cargo is the single most common cause of arrival claims.
