Is Ginger from Anqiu, Shandong in season, and does the season change the price?
We are planning a purchase of Ginger and want to understand the season before fixing a delivery window.The season is October-December. Buying inside the harvest window gives you the widest size and grade choice; buying out of it means either cold-store stock or a premium. For Ginger the out-of-season premium is usually 8-15%, and the grade consistency is worse.
