Dried Shiitake sample: how much should we pay and what should it prove?
A supplier quoted us a sample of Dried Shiitake for Fujian / Hubei. What is a normal sample cost, and what should the sample prove beyond appearance?Sample cost is usually 30-60 USD including courier. It should prove whole/sliced, 12% moisture and come with the lot-level document: phytosanitary, CO. A sample without a lot code proves nothing.
