Honey sample: how much should we pay and what should it prove?
A supplier quoted us a sample of Honey for Shanxi / Hubei. What is a normal sample cost, and what should the sample prove beyond appearance?Sample cost is usually 30-60 USD including courier. It should prove moisture <18%, HMF limit and come with the lot-level document: lab report, CO. A sample without a lot code proves nothing.
