We are buying Green Tea from Zhejiang / Anhui for a first order.Season: Mar-May picking. The spec we were offered is "spring/summer, EU residue panel".
What should the PO pin down so the bulk matches the sample?
Pin these: spring/summer, EU residue panel, the packing dimensions with a photo, and the inspection method. For Green Tea the usual failure is pesticide panel and lot mixing — write it as a numbered clause, not as "export standard".
