We are buying Dried Chili from Xinjiang / Henan for a first order.Season: Sep-Nov harvest. The spec we were offered is "ASTA 60-120, 10-12% moisture".
What should the PO pin down so the bulk matches the sample?
Pin these: ASTA 60-120, 10-12% moisture, the packing dimensions with a photo, and the inspection method. For Dried Chili the usual failure is moisture spec and aflatoxin — write it as a numbered clause, not as "export standard".
