We are buying Onion from Gansu / Shandong for a first order.Season: Jul-Sep harvest. The spec we were offered is "5-8cm, red/yellow, mesh bag".
What should the PO pin down so the bulk matches the sample?
Pin these: 5-8cm, red/yellow, mesh bag, the packing dimensions with a photo, and the inspection method. For Onion the usual failure is storage loss and grading — write it as a numbered clause, not as "export standard".
