What should the PO pin down so the bulk matches the sample?
Pin these: 4.5-6.5cm, no sprouting, 10kg carton, the packing dimensions with a photo, and the inspection method. For Garlic the usual failure is sprouting and pre-cooling — write it as a numbered clause, not as "export standard".
